This lever style TSM Cheese Press can produce up to 200 lbs. of pressing weight for the production of hard cheese wheels. The pressing piston doubles as the follower for 5″ diameter molds.  Weight sold separately.

When you are ready to expand your home cheese making operations the TSM Dutch Cheese Press Extension Kit will allow you to use the same press to produce up to 1,000lbs of pressing force to make multiple cheese wheels at a time.
