The Presto pressure cooker model 01781 features an easy-to-read dial gauge for accurate pressure control and extra strong, warp-resistant aluminum construction. The Presto pressure cooker has an air vent/cover lock that allows pressure to build only when the cover is closed properly and prevents the pressure cooker from opening until pressure is safely reduced. This pressure cooker includes cooking/canning rack and complete instruction/recipe book. The Presto pressure cooker 01781 has a 22-Quart Liquid Capacity (20.9 Liters).
